ADVISORY GROUP
____________________________
The Maternal Health Task Force Advisory Group helps the Task Force identify critical areas of debate and knowledge gaps in the maternal health field, and stimulate new thinking in our thematic areas - research and evidence, programs and evaluation, and policy and advocacy. The Advisory Group consists of approximately 60 active maternal health researchers, academicians, service providers, policy-makers, donors, advocates and activists as well as experts from the closely allied fields of newborn health, child health, reproductive health and family planning. We call upon the expertise of this group to review project proposals, participate in consultations, represent the MHTF at meetings around the world, and generally shape the work of the Task Force.
