From Maternal Health Task Force
EngenderHealth coordinates the Maternal Health Task Force, which contributes to shaping collective efforts to improve maternal health worldwide. Supported by the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation, the Task Force serves as a catalyst to address one of the most neglected areas in global health.

(English) EngenderHealth works to improve the health and well-being of people in the poorest communities of the world. We do this by sharing our expertise in sexual and reproductive health and transforming the quality of health care. We promote gender equity, advocate for sound practices and policies, and inspire people to assert their rights to better, healthier lives. Working in partnership with local term paper organizations, we adapt our work in response to local needs.
(Español) EngenderHealth se dedica a mejorar la salud y el bienestar de la población de las comunidades más pobres del mundo, compartiendo su experiencia en salud sexual y reproductiva y promoviendo una mejor calidad de la atención a la salud. Asimismo, EngenderHealth promueve la equidad de género, aboga por prácticas y políticas sólidas, e incentiva a la población a ejercer sus derechos a una vida mejor y más saludable. EngenderHealth trabaja en colaboración con organizaciones locales y se adapta a las características y necesidades de cada contexto.

Pour ce faire, nous diffusons notre expertise en santé sexuelle et reproductive, et améliorons la qualité des soins de santé. Nous encourageons l’égalité entre les sexes, plaidons pour des pratiques et politiques viables, et encourageons à la revendication du droit à une vie meilleure et plus saine.
